Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain client portfolios, including conducting research and analysis to identify investment opportunities
– Provide expert financial advice to clients to help them achieve their financial goals
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customised financial solutions
– Monitor and analyse market trends and economic conditions to adjust investment strategies as necessary
– Collaborate with other members of the team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business

Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
– Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
– Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proven experience as a banker, financial broker or advisor with a successful track record of managing client portfolios will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee client services, back-office processing, risk management, and compliance activities
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize business processes
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
– Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure effective and efficient execution of operations activities
– Oversee the design and implementation of risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks

Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field – Proven experience in operations management in the finance industry, with a track record of success in optimizing business processes and driving operational efficiency

Requirements:
– Professional Certification or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
– Proven experience in customer service, with a track record of success in managing client relationships and resolving customer issues
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer issues in a timely and effective manner
